Tips to Prevent Acne

If you are looking for an acne free skin, then, the first thing that you should consider is keeping your skin clean. By clean, it does not mean that you need to wash your face more than three times a day, but make sure that your skin pores are open and you have not applied too much of mascara or any other type of make – up.
Other than washing and scrubbing your face regularly, you can also try out cleansing it. Remember to remove your make – up after a party, no matter how tired you are or how late it is. The make – up, if left overnight will really cause your skin to be harmed.

One important fact to remember if you have acne is to keep your hands off your face. Yes, it will itch, you will find it difficult, but scratching the acne will cause really adverse effect and you will be unable to get rid of the acne scar which will be left on your skin. At the same time, the dirt and germs present in your hand may cause an infection instead of curing it. Hence, it is better to keep your hands off your face when you have acne.

Water is essential in our body. Hence, to avoid acne, you need to have lots of water. Also, do try out the various moisturizers which are available in the market. Make sure that you have some acne medications in front of you so that if you see an acne, you can get rid of it easily, without scratching it.
